An Autonews.ru correspondent found new Chinese Roewe RX9 crossovers at a large Moscow car dealership, which are offered at a price of 6.5 million rubles. Three months ago the price was half a million rubles less. However, when applying for a loan and comprehensive insurance, as well as handing over an old car for a trade-in, you can count on discounts that can reach 1.3 million rubles
For this money, the buyer will receive a car with a very rich set of options, including three-zone climate control, atmospheric interior lighting, adaptive high and low beams, cruise control, a premium audio system with 12 speakers, heated all seats, a blind spot monitoring system, a lane change assistant, automatic parking function and lane keeping system.
This is a three-row crossover with a monocoque body, which is positioned as a competitor to the Toyota Highlander. In the Roewe model range, the RX9 is currently the largest machine. The overall dimensions of the car are 4983 x 1967 x 1786 mm with a wheelbase of 2915 mm. The crossover received a massive grille, narrowed headlights and hidden door handles.
Roewe RX9 is available with six or seven seats. A seven-seater version was brought to Russia. The car received a 2-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine producing 242 hp. The crossover's top speed is electronically limited to 200 km/h. All-wheel drive, gearbox — nine-speed automatic.
