Buick introduced the new Angkeqi SUV. According to Duncan Aldred, global vice president of Buick and GMC, Buick now has a full portfolio of new or updated internal combustion engine vehicles. The vehicle will be released this summer.
The new generation Buick Angkeqi has undergone changes in the design of the air intake grille, front fascia and rear apron. It gets a new front end, slim daytime running lights and a new version of the logo.
The new model is longer, wider and taller than the previous generation model (the length, width and height of the current Angkeqi are 4981, 1953 and 1722 mm respectively, and the wheelbase is 2863 mm). The car features a large center console with storage space and wireless cell phone charging above it, as well as a 30-inch in-car screen, considered the largest in its class.
The Buick Angkeqi is powered by a 2.5-liter turbocharged engine that produces a maximum power of 328 horsepower and a maximum torque of 326 Nm. It comes standard with an eight-speed automatic transmission and is available in front-wheel drive or all-wheel drive. The car has a towing capacity of up to 2270 kg.
All models come standard with the advanced Super Cruise driving assistance system, which supports blind-spot steering assist, automatic intersection emergency braking, traffic sign recognition and other functions.
The new generation Angkeqi has three different trim levels: Preferred, Sport Touring and Avenir.
