Algorithms will collect relevant content from authors in different formats in one place
The team of «Zen», now owned by VK (formerly Mail.ru Group), announced the launch of testing a new type of channels — the algorithm collects content from authors on a single topic so that the user can stay up to date with all current events and trends in the area of interest to him.
This way, users will be able to subscribe and follow updates on topics that interest them: from recipe ideas from cuisines around the world to travel selections for the most popular destinations. To stay on topic, just click «Follow topic» — a special channel will become available in the «Subscriptions» tab.
As part of testing, the new channel format is available to some users in the web version and in the mobile version of «Zen» in «Travel», «Food» and «Auto», the function will soon become available to all users, and other topics will be added. In the «Topics» on the main page you can find out the latest sports news and competition forecasts, find tips on creating a stylish look, dive into the world of high fashion and much more.
