The Sberbank team announced the launch of a pilot project to speed up the registration of mortgage transactions. The project is being implemented by the real estate service «Domklik» together with Rosreestr.
If previously the procedure took two days, now electronic registration of the transfer of ownership of real estate in Moscow takes no more than an hour.
As the press service said, such impressive progress was achieved thanks to automation. Having received all the documents, the robot on the side of Rosreestr fills out the basic terms of the transaction in the system, and the registrar can only check the correctness of the data, which is much faster than entering them manually.
Electronic registration allows you to send documents for state registration of property rights online — without visiting the MFC and Rosreestr. Transaction participants receive completed documents in their Domklik personal account and by email.
Head of the Moscow Department of Rosreestr Igor Maidanov explained:
The essence of the pilot project «Deal in an hour» The point is that the stage of data entry into the system is carried out not by a person in order of priority, but automatically, which significantly saves time. Also, taking into account the absence of manual data entry, errors are practically eliminated. The only manual operation will be making a decision on registration and signing the case. The first such transaction took place in test mode using documents from Sberbank; within an hour, the Department’s specialists registered ownership under a contract for the sale and purchase of an apartment in Moscow using credit funds.
