Xiaomi is actively introducing its new HyperOS operating system to various devices. After recently releasing an update for Poco X4 GT, the company has now released the update for Mi 10 Pro users worldwide. Yes, at the time of the release of this smartphone the word Mi was still used in the name.
Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro came out more than four years ago with Android 10 installed and received Android 13 as the latest operating system update. In this case, HyperOS is installed on top of Android 13. The Android security patch corresponds to March 2024.
The update adds new animation, new system fonts, new application icons, an updated Weather application, the ability to install photos with many effects and dynamic visualization on the lock screen.
To check for an update manually, you need to go to «Settings» > «About the phone».
