It supports connecting full-fledged video cards via OCuLink and USB4
Minisforum showed its new AtomMan X7 Pt mini-PC at Computex 2024: the creators call it “the world’s smallest computer with built-in water cooling.” Interestingly, the debut of the same model took place in April of this year under the name AtomMan UM890 WE. It was probably a prototype. Now the design has been finalized and the name has been changed.
AtomMan X7 Pt lacks a dGPU, but full-fledged video cards can be connected via OCuLink (63 Gbit/s) or one of two USB4 (40 Gbit/s). The ports also include HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort 1.4, four USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A (10 Gbps) and two RJ-45 (2.5 Gbps each). The computer is equipped with Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 wireless adapters, two slots for DDR5-5600 RAM, two M.2 2280 slots for SSD.
The integrated liquid cooling system keeps the temperature of the 8-core Ryzen 9 8945HS below 75 °C, and the noise level does not exceed 40 dB. PC dimensions — 175 x 132 x 155 mm. The price has not yet been announced.
