There are no top cards in the leaders
Danawa Research analysts shared statistics on the South Korean DIY video card market. The information, of course, is quite specific, but such data rarely appears on the Internet, so even in the case of the distant South Korean market, it looks interesting.
So, the sales leader remains the GeForce RTX 4060, which topped the market at the beginning of the year. It accounts for 27.7% of all sales of Nvidia video cards in the country.
The second place is occupied by the RTX 4060 Ti with a share of 21.63%. And the third place with a share of 14.86% was confidently taken by the RTX 4070 Super, which is very actively gaining momentum. Also in the lead are the RTX 3060, RTX 4070 and RTX 3060 Ti. As you can see, the most popular models in South Korea are the popular models RTX xx60 and a pair of RTX 4070. Actually, Steam statistics show similar data, considering that they cover all video cards working in users’ PCs.
Again, this data is only about Nvidia cards, so it’s unclear how strong AMD’s position is in the country.
