You won't have to wait until January for your first chance to play Tekken 8. The developers announced that a demo version of the fighting game will appear on target platforms at the end of this month.
PlayStation 5 users will be able to play the game first on December 14th, and the demo version will be available on Steam and Xbox Series X/S on December 21st. According to Bandai Namco, players will be able to experience the first chapter of the story campaign and fight in local multiplayer. It is not yet known how long the demo will be available.
As a reminder, the release will take place on January 26, 2024. The game at launch will offer a set of 32 fighters. It is not yet known how many will be offered to test in December.
In addition to the campaign and the standard online mode, the Tekken 8 developers have prepared a number of improvements for new players, for example, the Special system, control schemes, personalized avatars and beach ball mode.
