The premiere version of Stellar Blade will lack a photo mode, which is present in almost all major products, allowing you to create interesting frames from the game, publish them online or simply save them to disk.
The game director of Stellar Blade explained the decision and tried to reassure the fans, and also noted that if there is great interest in the photo mode, then such an option will be added after release. Here is Kim Hyun-tae's statement:
“We are currently focusing on developing the main part of the game, so we do not have a photo mode ready. If we receive requests from users, we will do our best to answer them.”
It is unlikely that we will have to wait long for such requests from players . There are quite a few users in the comments on Twitter who are disappointed by the lack of a photo mode. Perhaps it will be planned for one of the next updates after release. It is worth recalling that the demo version of Stellar Blade will appear on Friday this week on PlayStation 5.
The full game will be released on April 26, 2024 on PS5.
