Nvidia's capitalization is already greater than the GDP of Russia and Canada
Trading in Nvidia shares on the stock exchange on Thursday closed with a decent increase of 4.47%. The price of one security reached $926.69, pushing the market capitalization to $2.32 trillion.
Look at the graph below compiled by Forbes on February 27 of this year: Nvidia’s capitalization at that time was equal to $1.97 trillion and exceeded Russia’s GDP. Now Nvidia has soared to eighth place in the same ranking — the company's market value is greater than Italy's GDP.
If the growth of «green» shares continue at the same pace, then in about 10 days Nvidia will be able to surpass Apple in market value ($2.61 trillion at the moment), and the next targets will be Microsoft ($3.04 trillion) and France with its GDP of 3.18 trillion dollars.
