A total of 100 vehicles will be produced
Lexus introduced a sports version of its electric crossover Lexus RZ 450e at an exhibition in Japan, which took place last week.
The exclusive F Sport Performance model will be available for purchase through a lottery to win the right to purchase the vehicle. The limited edition of the new product will be only 100 copies, and applications for participation in the lottery will be accepted at Lexus dealers throughout Japan.
This car is a production version of a concept unveiled a year earlier. Unlike the standard version of the electric crossover, the F Sport Performance is distinguished by an original body kit, including a carbon hood, wheel arch linings with aerodynamic elements and 21-inch wheels.
The interior of the RZ 450e F Sport Performance features suede trim with blue contrast stitching. However, the power plant of this model remains the same as that of the standard version of the crossover. Two electric motors installed on the front and rear axles have a power of 204 and 109 hp. respectively. The car is not impressive with its range, which is about 350 km.
As for charging, according to Lexus, a regular charge from 0 to 100% should take 9.5 hours, while a fast charge from 0 to 80% is expected to be completed in 30–35 minutes .
For the 2024 model year, Lexus added a dual-voltage charging cable for 120V and 240V outlets as standard equipment.
