One of the fans tried to fantasize about the appearance of the GTA 3 remake on the Unreal Engine 5. User Flames for Second shared the work on YouTube.
The video is a concept of a remake of GTA 3 on the Unreal Engine 5, made using mods from GTA 5. As one of the commentators notes, the work represents the sum of the graphic part of GTA 5 in combination with a map from GTA 4 and cars from GTA 3.
The video does not show gameplay moments with shootouts, but simply trips on various types of transport: from cars to boats. Each scene highlights the graphical effects associated with the lighting system.
The work will continue if the creator receives funding on Patreon. It’s unlikely that you should expect something like this from Rockstar Games, which simply re-released a classic game on modern consoles.
