It will be possible to open a business completely remotely, without personal presence and in one day
The press service of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation reported that in Russia it is proposed to conduct an experiment on the implementation of a comprehensive service «Start a business online». It includes electronic registration of a business, obtaining an electronic signature without personal presence and remote opening of a bank account. That is, you can register a business remotely and start using your current account from the date of registration.
This draft resolution, prepared jointly with the Federal Tax Service (FTS) and other departments, has been sent for consideration to the Government of the Russian Federation. Individuals will be able to use the new service when registering as an individual entrepreneur or creating an LLC with a single founder. It is expected that the experiment will last until March 1, 2025, and the start date will be approved by the Government of the Russian Federation. Participation in the experiment will be voluntary.
The new project will allow to combine the services of the Federal Tax Service with the services of banks by sending documents for opening a bank account in electronic form, as well as to determine an additional set of government and commercial services necessary for starting and developing a business. Citizens will be able to choose a bank to open a current account, receive an electronic signature and immediately start doing business. The service will be provided when accessing the electronic service of the Federal Tax Service of Russia or the service of a bank participating in the experiment.
