Geely has unveiled a sportier version of its popular Galaxy L6 compact hybrid sedan. The Sports Edition has appeared in the database of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China.
Sports Edition gets a more aggressive look, bright colors and black accents on the body. The Galaxy L6 Sports Edition is powered by Geely's next generation Thor Hybrid System 8848. This powertrain combines a 1.5L hybrid engine with a 3-speed DHT Pro Variable Speed Electric Drive. The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.3 seconds and reaches a top speed of 247 km/h.
Sports Edition L6 boasts an electric range of 125 km and a combined range of 1,370 km. In addition, it provides a consumption of only 4.55 liters per 100 kilometers.
Several driving modes are available, including pure electric, long range and smart mode.
