It is the presence of two fast RJ-45 ports that makes it special in its price niche

The Bestcom brand has launched a mini-PC N100 Pro II, which is presented as a mini-server for «soft routing»: can be used at home or in a small office.

The computer is built on a 4-core 4-thread Intel N100 processor (12th generation) with a frequency of 3.4 GHz. Both an M.2 2280 SSD and a 2.5-inch drive can be placed inside. Cooling system — with one fan. Maximum RAM (the SO-DIMM module, like the SSD, will have to be installed independently) — 32 GB.

The standard configuration includes an adapter that implements Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 communications. In addition to two RJ-45 ports with a speed of 2.5 Gbps, there are a pair of video outputs, a USB-C port, a microSD card slot, and five USB-A 3.2 ports. The creators say that Bestcom N100 Pro II is compatible not only with Windows 11, but also Ubuntu 22 and 23, Debian 12, Deepin 23 and other systems based on the Linux kernel.
