Ural Airlines made an emergency landing on September 12, 2023
The plane that made an emergency landing on a wheat field near Novosibirsk in September will not be returned to flight, as announced by Ural Airlines.
«Flight safety is a top priority. We assess all the risks and are inclined to not use this aircraft in commercial operation, taking into account the fact that in the current conditions there is no support from the manufacturer Airbus— told TASS in the airline's press service.
The Airbus A320 of Ural Airlines, which was flying from Sochi to Omsk on September 12, made an emergency landing in a wheat field in the Ubinsky district of the Novosibirsk region. There were 161 passengers and six crew members on board. No one died as a result of the incident.
