Xiaomi will stop supporting more than 30 Redmi, Poco and Xiaomi models in 2024

From the Redmi Note 10 series to the Redmi Note 12 series, many devices will end their lifespan in 2024

Many Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco smartphones that are not expected to release the new HyperOS will receive their last update in 2024. Xiaomi bases its update policy on price and sales volume. As part of this policy, smartphones with high prices or high sales volumes receive updates longer.

A number of models not only did not receive the HyperOS 1.0 update, but also MIUI 14. Xiaomi is ending support and updates for these devices, since due to their affordable price and simple characteristics they will have performance problems. Among them – Redmi Note 10 series, Redmi 10 series, Poco X3 GT, Poco C31 and Poco C40.
