Xiaomi has a crisis of ideas? The company is releasing at least a third device under the same name

This is a smart hood

Xiaomi introduced the Mijia S1 smart range hood, confirming that pre-orders will begin on March 6th at a price of $235.

This hood has a suction power of 25 m3/min, a pressure of 1000 Pa, and a height and depth of 293 and 353 mm, respectively, which is 40% less than the previous generation.

The device supports communication with Xiaomi smart cookers, automatic switching on when catching smoke and steam, intelligent dry cleaning mode and other functions.

It’s worth adding that last year Xiaomi already released a «kettle for health» Xiaomi Mijia S1 and a countertop dishwasher with the same number.
