Shareware War Thunder attracts the attention of not only players, but also a variety of attackers
Hackers recently attacked the creators of War Thunder. The attackers targeted the authorization servers.
Due to this incident, some War Thunder fans experienced difficulties logging into the game and using Gaijin Entertainment services. The developers managed to stabilize the servers and are now taking measures to ensure that similar attacks in the future take place as unnoticed as possible for players.
The creators of War Thunder have paid compensation – they have extended existing premium accounts for 3 hours, and also changed the schedule:
“The time for completing the current “Insignia” of the “Winter Extreme” promotion has been extended by 3 hours. Thus, from 14:00 Moscow time on January 3 to 17:30 Moscow time on January 3, you will be able to receive mission points in the 7th and 8th tanker/pilot/sailor insignia at the same time.”
