Insomniac Games faced a giant data leak that not only included a lot of footage from The Wolverine, but also details about the team's next games.
Insomniac Games currently plans to release six games, but it's worth noting that the Sony-Marvel collaboration is in full swing. One of the documents is an agreement between corporations, according to which developers can create games with X-Men characters.
Of particular interest to gamers – fans of the “X-Men” – is the publishing agreement between Marvel and Sony Interactive Entertainment, signed by Isaac Perlmutter, Marvel's president of entertainment, and Jim Ryan, president of Sony. The document came into force on July 26, 2021, and it lists three upcoming X-Men games that will be released as part of the agreement: the first is about Wolverine, the others have not yet been named.
The files contain a detailed release schedule for upcoming Insomniac Games games – the file is dated July 2023, so we can assume that the details are as current as possible.
- Marvel's Venom – fall 2025,
- Marvel's Wolverine – fall 2026,
- Marvel's Spider-Man 3 – autumn 2028,
- New Ratchet & Clank – fall 2029,
- Marvel's X-Men – fall 2030,

< p>It looks like Marvel's Venom will be an add-on or standalone expansion to Spider-Man 2.
