The sedan did not receive a logo on a blue background, although it is typical for the company's hybrids

The ninth-generation Toyota Camry sedan, recently introduced in the United States, did not receive a logo on a blue background: and this was quite strange, since this is how Toyota marked its hybrids, and the Camry 2025 for the US market is exclusively a hybrid. Now there is an explanation why the car has the “wrong” logo.

It turns out that Toyota decided to abandon the corporate logo on a blue background. As part of the new Toyota Beyond Zero concept, all electric vehicles, conventional and plug-in hybrids, as well as fuel cell models will receive a special designation in the form of a sapphire dot. The logo will be the usual one – black with a silver edging.
