The new premium sedan Hongqi H9 has appeared in the database of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China. The new car will receive some changes in the exterior details, and the interior will undergo more significant changes.
Completely new headlights are visible at the front, and the design of the daytime running lights has changed. The length, width and height of the new product are 5137, 1904 and 1498 mm, respectively, with a wheelbase of 3060 mm.
Buyers will have access to four turbocharged engines with a volume of 1.8, 2, 2.5 and 3 l. The maximum power of the base engine is 165 kW/224 hp, the maximum power of the 2.5T V6 engine is 223 kW/303 hp. The older version has a maximum power of 248 kW/337 hp. The characteristics of the 2-liter engine, which will be new to the line, have not been reported.
The salon will receive a new LCD panel and a large central control screen. It is also expected to come with the latest infotainment system. In addition, the seats and interior panels will receive new materials and colors.
