Intel itself also talks primarily about energy efficiency

Intel has already said that it is creating Lunar Lake mobile processors primarily with a great emphasis on energy efficiency. It turned out that in this matter Intel will rely not only on itself. 

Cirrus Logic will help improve the energy efficiency of the Lunar Lake platform as a whole. The company said that laptops with Intel Lunar Lake CPUs will use its audio and power converter chips. In this case we are talking about Cirrus CP9314 chips for power conversion, a CS42L43 codec chip and a CS35L56 audio amplifier. It seems that the CP9314 is a completely new solution, since there are no details about it yet, not even on the Cirrus Logic website. It is quite possible that this is an exclusive solution specifically for Intel.

How effective all this will be is still unclear. At least for the reason that Lunar Lake will be produced using the Intel 18A process technology, and we still know little about it, and then only in theory. As for the processors themselves, Intel has already said that they will be able to operate in 7 W mode, in which case they can be used with passive COs. Leaks indicate that Lunar Lake will have a maximum of four large and four small cores, that is, even less than Meteor Lake.
