It is clearly larger than Uni-K
Changan has published official images of its new Uni-Z crossover. Judging by the photo (the presence of side glazing in the trunk), this model will be larger than the Uni-K sold in Russia.
In general, the styling of the Uni-K and Uni-Z is similar, but the new model has a larger radiator grille, and it almost merges with the headlights. The line of the side glazing in the rear is also different: the black pillar creates the effect of a floating roof. On the back door – massive spoiler.
The design of the interior is noticeably different: instead of the typical Changan pile of screens, the Uni-Z – a separate display as part of the digital instrument panel and a separate large screen for the media system. Interestingly, the company chose to leave the gear shift lever, although now many manufacturers are moving it to a steering column lever or replacing it with buttons.
Technical characteristics of the Changan Uni-Z have not yet been disclosed, but most likely the crossover will borrow units from other models in the line.
