The world's largest operator of super-heavy cargo aircraft An-124, which is Volga-Dnepr, has switched to the Russian customer relationship management (CRM) system.
This software was created by Sber Business Software and was integrated into the airline’s system in just four months. Developers «Sber Business Software» created a business architecture, a user interface and functionality familiar to company employees, transferred information about customers, applications and interaction history to the system.
«For Russian cargo airlines, especially such backbone ones as Volga-Dnepr», it is vitally important to have high-quality domestic software», — said Deputy Chairman of the Board of Sberbank Anatoly Popov.
As Popov stated, this transition has already allowed «Volga-Dnepr» speed up the processing of applications, work more effectively with customers, set up deep data analytics to quickly respond to market requests.
