The interior of the hybrid Jaecoo J7 is noticeably different from the regular petrol version
Reader of the resource «Chinese cars» filmed a new version of the Jaecoo J7 crossover at one of the Jaecoo dealerships — hybrid and the most economical (consumption — 4.2 l/100 km, power reserve — 1400 km). The official premiere of this model in Russia is scheduled for the second quarter, but the dealer already has at least one car.
Externally, the hybrid Jaecoo J7 can be identified by the hatch for the charging connector on the rear right. But there are much more changes in the cabin: the gearbox mode switch moved from the central tunnel to the steering column switch, and this led to other changes.
For example, the light control moved from the steering column lever to a separate panel to the left of the steering wheel. On the central tunnel, instead of a circular selector for selecting driving modes, a new block of functional buttons appeared, and even the armrest was redone. The power window keys have changed, the door cards have been redone, and a driver monitoring system camera has appeared above the steering wheel.
The petrol Jaecoo J7 is sold in Russia for 3.34–3.75 million rubles, but the hybrid version will obviously be more expensive.
