The ultimate Zeekr 009 minivan of the 2024 model year in the Glory Edition version went on sale in China at a price of $109,000. It is $4,000 cheaper than the Chinese Volvo EM90 minivan based on the Zeekr 009, while the latter received one electric motor and fewer functions. First owners receive a lifetime warranty
The developers said that this car has the world's largest metal grille, it is equipped with 20-inch forged wheels, lidar on the roof and a small amount of chrome decorations. Zeekr 009 Glory Edition received a body with dimensions of 5217 x 2024 x 1812 mm and a wheelbase of 3205 mm. The Zeekr 009 Glory Edition is based on the SEA architecture that underpins every other Zeekr model.
The Zeekr 009 Glory Edition features four seats in a 2+2 configuration. The standard version of this minivan received six seats in a 2+2+2 configuration. The second row of the Zeekr 009 Glory Edition gets two independent captain's chairs with leg support. They are heated, ventilated and have a massage function. The large central tunnel between the seats is equipped with a touch screen, a refrigerator and two independent safes.
The main feature of the second row – large 43-inch screen in front of passengers. Other interior changes include upgraded materials and a 31-speaker Yamaha audio system. The car received a two-chamber air suspension. The Zeekr 009 Glory Edition uses the 800V platform of the all-new Zeekr 001, released earlier this year. It received a 270 kW motor at the front and another 310 kW at the rear. Peak torque is 810 Nm, which is enough to accelerate from zero to hundreds in 3.9 seconds. This makes the Zeekr 009 Glory Edition one of the fastest minivans in the world.
With the 800V platform, it can charge from 10% to 80% in 11.5 minutes with 560kW 5C charging. Another notable feature of the Zeekr 009 Glory Edition is the 60kW discharge feature. With this function, it can charge other electric vehicles.
