Well-known insider Evan Blass published high-quality renderings of two new Samsung smartphones — Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A35. Their official premiere is expected soon.
These are the highest quality images of the two new products to date, and they also show different colors. And one of the renders emphasizes the key feature of smartphones for mid-level models — availability of water protection (IP67).
Samsung Galaxy A55 is credited with an AMOLED screen with a diagonal of 6.5 inches, Full HD+ resolution and a frame rate of 120 Hz. The Galaxy A35 has everything the same, but the diagonal is slightly larger — 6.6 inches. The younger model will be built on SoC Exynos 1380, the older one will receive Exynos 1480. The amount of RAM — up to 12 GB, flash memory — up to 256 GB. Battery capacity and charging power — 5000 mA·h and 25 W respectively. IP67 protection will be implemented in both models.
Galaxy A35 is credited with a front 13-megapixel camera, and the main one will have sensors with a resolution of 50 (with OIS), 8 and 5 megapixels. The Galaxy A55 has a different set of sensors: 32 megapixels in the front camera, 50 (with OIS), 12 and 5 megapixels — in main.
