We already wrote that the oil in the Lada Vesta variator needs to be changed at 30 thousand km, but now the brand of oil and its volume have become known.

According to Quto.ru, to change the oil in the variator of the «Vesta» you need 7.2 liters of Chinese transmission oil SHB CVTF WCF-1 (aka Chery Genuine CVTF WCF-1), designed for operation at temperatures down to -40°C. Lukoil has an analogue of this oil (Lukoil CVTF), but the company assured that dealers will fill the «original».

At the same time, AvtoVAZ did not limit the warranty period for the variator in any way: it, like the entire car, is covered by a warranty of 3 years or 100 thousand km.
