It will be on sale before the end of this year
Chinese automakers have begun to better understand what kind of car a Russian needs. We have already written that GAC will add all-wheel drive to the Emkoo crossover especially for Russia, and now the Kaiyi brand is following the same path: the company will add all-wheel drive to the Kaiyi X7 Kunlun, which recently entered the domestic market.
As Quto.ru reports, such a machine is already being tested. After this, certification will be carried out and sales will begin (already this year). They even call the estimated cost of the car — 3.3 million rubles. But for now this can only be perceived as a forecast from the Russian office of the brand – After all, there is still a lot of time before the car is released on the market.
At the moment, the single-drive Kaiyi X7 Kunlun is offered in Russia at a price starting from 2.998 million rubles. The car is equipped with a 1.6-liter 186-horsepower engine and a 2.0-liter 238-horsepower engine. The spacious (length — 4710 mm, wheelbase — 2800 mm) all-wheel drive Kaiyi X7 Kunlun will be able to compete with the Russian hit Geely Monjaro.
