«Alfa-Bank» filed an application with the Chinese Patent Office to register a new trademark, and also showed the Chinese version of its logo.
«Alfa-Bank» historically occupies a leading position in servicing foreign economic activity. And the development of relations with China — one of the most important areas for the bank. Last year «Alfa-Bank» held several large-scale forums on Chinese topics. In the fall of 2023, the Central Bank approved the bank’s application to open two branches – in Beijing and Shanghai.

The bank said that the creation of a Chinese identity — this is a logical continuation of the bank’s promotion strategy in China.
Last year it was announced that «Alfa-Bank» will be the first private Russian bank to open branches in Beijing and Shanghai.
