Survival Ascended is the sequel to the survival adventure Ark: Survival Evolved, which Studio Wildcard calls a “remastered remake” of the previous game. The game was released in early access in October 2023 and has received mixed reviews.
Trying to improve the situation, the developers have drawn up a roadmap for the game.
In January, they will be allowed to freely download game resources without restrictions. A new dinosaur is expected to arrive in February, as well as an “updated central map.” Finally, the Scorched Earth DLC is coming in March, not to mention the Frontier Adventure Pack. Here's the rest of Studio Wildcard's promise:

Despite mod support, the developers are obviously talking about “premium mods” in this update. These are paid add-ons.
The game is expected to be in Early Access until the end of 2024.
