BYD has published official images of the new Leopard 3 SUV, which, as stated in the official press release, is «about to begin a mysterious mission».
Recall that at the Fang Leopard Auto Spring conference, held on April 16, the manufacturer showed the BYD Leopard 3 without camouflage. The new car, along with Leopard 5 and Leopard 8, is built on the DMO super-hybrid off-road platform from BYD.
The body design was inspired by Star Wars, the car received a very rigid front bumper and extended wheel arches for improved cross-country ability. It is equipped with an off-road spare tire, as well as a drone.
In addition, the front of the car will be equipped with an interactive screen that can display the vehicle's charging status and allow the owner to customize the content displayed.
BYD representatives have not yet disclosed additional details.
