Without any announcement
The Seamless Updates feature, also known as Seamless Updates and A/B Updates, was added to Android a few years ago. Samsung was one of the companies that did not support this feature until recently. However, the company has now given in and added seamless updates to its first smartphone.
What’s interesting is that this is not a flagship at all, although it is a new product. We're talking about the Galaxy A55. This model was the first from Samsung to receive support for Seamless Updates. Perhaps the Korean giant would continue to oppose Google's initiative, but the latter is preparing to completely ban old update options in Android.
Uncharacteristic behavior during the update, as for a Samsung smartphone, was noticed by some Galaxy A55 owners, including employees of The Mobile Indian. That is, the company did not announce the integration of a new function for itself. When the Galaxy A55 was launched, it did not support this feature.
