Sales will begin in the second half of the year
Samsung seems to be counting on very good sales of the Galaxy Ring smart ring from the very beginning.
The Korean giant reportedly plans to produce between 400,000 and 500,000 units. For wearable electronics, this is generally quite a lot, but for the first product of its kind, which a priori is not suitable for everyone, it is very worthy.
Though, perhaps, such plans are partly due to the fact that the Galaxy Ring will be available in a very large number of different options: nine sizes and three colors.
It’s still difficult to say how successful the Samsung ring will be, but let us remind you that Apple’s plans for its own smart ring will partly depend on the success of the Galaxy Ring.
