In 2023, 42 Chinese vehicle kits were imported to assemble a crossover

Reuters, citing two sources familiar with the situation, as well as customs data, reports that in Russia at the company «PSMA Rus» started assembling Citroën C5 Aircross crossovers.

Last year, «Automotive Technologies» (Automotive Technologies) imported at least 42 vehicle kits from China to assemble the Citroën C5 Aircross, this data is contained in customs documents. The vehicle kits were produced by the Chinese company Dongfeng Motor Group — This is probably the same eastern partner who is helping to restart production.
