Partners are confident that Starlab will expand global trade and national security opportunities
American data analytics and artificial intelligence unicorn Palantir continues to deepen its presence in the space sector. It announced a strategic collaboration with Voyager Space to explore the potential of artificial intelligence and machine learning in space exploration. The purpose of cooperation is the development of the Starlab project.

According to the signed memorandum, Palantir and Voyager will jointly explore ways to apply edge computing and artificial intelligence in the early stage of Starlab development. This will increase space awareness and provide secure data processing and distribution capabilities to partner countries.
This is not Palantir's first foray into space. The company already has several partnerships with the U.S. Air Force and Space Corps to provide data to improve national security.
Palantir also pleases its investors. After the release of financial results for the fourth quarter of 2024, shares of $PLTR rose 50%. They ended the week trading at $24.51 per share, up about 4% on the day.
