Maps expected at the end of the year
Nvidia is already testing various cooler options for GeForce RTX 50 video cards.
Several variants of cooling systems are in the works, designed for TDP from 250 W to 600 W. However, this does not mean that the conventional GeForce RTX 5090 will consume 600 W, since for the RTX 40 line, more powerful cooling systems were initially developed than were ultimately needed.
However, it cannot be ruled out that the RTX 5090 will indeed consume more than its predecessor. Firstly, Nvidia will not use the 3 nm process technology yet, and secondly, the RTX 5090 will have many more CUDA cores.
It also cannot be said that the lack of coolers in development for TDP below 250 W means that we will not get RTX 5060 FE or RTX 5060 Ti FE models. Let us remind you that the RTX 4060 FE really does not exist, but the RTX 4060 Ti does exist in this version.
