Official prices for the all-wheel drive Geely Atlas will be announced later
The Chinese company Geely officially presented a new version of the Geely Atlas crossover on the Russian market. The all-wheel drive model will be available for purchase at official Geely dealerships in Russia in three versions: Luxury, Flagship and Flagship Sport. The all-wheel drive Geely Atlas is externally distinguished by the AWD emblem on the tailgate.
The new Geely Atlas received a 6th generation automatically connected all-wheel drive system. The automaker notes such features as fast response, high precision torque distribution, as well as the ability to automatically vary and direct thrust to the axles in a ratio of up to 50:50, which increases cross-country ability, stability on slippery roads and comfort in various driving conditions. In addition to the four standard driving modes — Comfort, Eco, Sport, Intelligent, Intelligent ; two more have been added: Offroad mode for light off-road conditions and Snow mode for winter conditions.
The car is equipped with a 4-cylinder petrol engine with a displacement of 2.0 liters with turbocharging (200 hp, 325 Nm), as well as an 8-speed Aisin automatic transmission with a torque converter.
The basic Luxury package includes all-LED optics, 19-inch alloy wheels, a large panoramic roof with a sunroof, dual-zone climate control, an interactive 13.2-inch vertical touchscreen multimedia complex with a smartphone screen duplication function and Bluetooth support, as well as wireless charging for smartphones. The front and rear seats, steering wheel, side mirrors, rear window, full windshield and windshield washer nozzles are equipped with a heating function.
In the Flagship version, the car is equipped with a head-up HUD display, an audio system with 11 speakers, synchronized interior lighting to the beat of the music being played, an electric tailgate, ventilated front seats, mechanically adjustable cushion length and electrically adjustable lumbar support for the driver's seat.
The Flagship Sport trim features 20-inch alloy wheels and two-tone paint — some body elements, including the roof, are made in black. In addition, the crossover received an illuminated front Geely logo, an LED line of daytime running lights across the entire width of the radiator grille, as well as a decorative transparent trim on the gear selector.
