This time Warner Bros. has joined the action. Games, which invites Steam users to try the fighting game Mortal Kombat 1. The game has mostly positive reviews, although recently they have been “mixed”.
Some of the recent negative reviews are due to the fact that , that during the “free weekend” the authors of Mortal Kombat 1 are offering only a limited version of the campaign: they give access to the first two chapters of the story mode and to the briefing in the Johnny Cage mansion in the invasion mode, as well as to online modes and local multiplayer battles, while you need to download more than 100 GB.
A game from Dynamight Studios is participating in the “free weekend” promotion. Their MMORPG project is premium, but now Fractured Online can be played for free on Steam. The game has mixed reviews on Steam: they criticize the technical state of the project and note various shortcomings.
