Company representatives must inform owners of vehicles affected by the recall by mail or telephone that they need to take the vehicle to the nearest dealership for repair.

At the same time, owners can independently determine whether their vehicle is subject to recall. To do this, you need to check the car’s VIN code on the Rosstandart website or in a special service on the Auto.ru website.
