Another competitor of The Sims fell apart without having time to enter into a full-fledged battle with the long-running hit Maxis

Life simulation fans were hoping that Paradox Interactive would provide the market with a competitor in the form of Life by You. However, recently they decided to cancel the project.

Soon information appeared that the development studio would also go “following” – this was the only project of Paradox Tectonic, the team consisted of 24 people.

Paradox Interactive did not share details of the closure of the studio; The developers were thanked for their work.

The cancellation of Life by You was preceded by a series of postponements. Even at the demo level, players noted obvious problems with performance and graphics, but still had hopes for the best.

  • Paralives is slowly being developed, which fans of the genre are also eyeing.
