Lara Croft beats Mario to become most iconic video game character, according to BAFTA poll

The British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) has published the results of its survey of players on the topic of the most iconic gaming character. 

More than 4,000 gamers from all over the world took part in the survey, which is not very many. In any case, the tomb raider Lara Croft won, who was able to bypass even the iconic mustachioed plumber Mario.

  11. Arthur Morgan (Red Dead Redemption 2).

  14. Solid Snake (Metal Gear Solid).
