In the database of the Federal Institute of Industrial Property (FIPS), images of the exterior of the Lada Iskra sedan appeared. This is exactly what a production car will look like.
These renderings clearly show how similar the Iskra is to the Lada Vesta, except that the rear part with its original optics is noticeably different.
Last week, images of the Lada Iskra station wagon appeared in the FIPS database.
Earlier, the head of AvtoVAZ, Maxim Sokolov, announced the imminent official premiere of Iskra. Production of the car will begin at the end of 2024, but sales will start only in 2025. Lada Iskra will be built on the CMF-B platform, and the engine and transmission will be borrowed from Lada Vesta.
