The plant has patented new names
AvtoVAZ continues to patent names that the plant can later use for its new cars.
According to TASS, AvtoVAZ filed two applications for registration of the Ursus and Terum trademarks, information about this appeared in the Rospatent database.
The brand descriptions state that they can be used for automobiles, toy models, and vehicle repair and maintenance services.
«We patent in advance the names for new cars that we plan to produce as part of partnership projects. It’s not a fact that all of them will be used, — commented on the information in AvtoVAZ.
Previously, AvtoVAZ registered the trademarks Altra, Astera, Azimut, Gravis, Merida, Retiva, Tarusa and XTour.
