It looks like hackers have hacked Genshin Impact and HSR support and have been deceiving players for months

An ordinary miHoYo newsletter can cause concern among connoisseurs of Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail due to the actions of attackers

A group of hackers may have carried out a successful attack on miHoYo (HoYoverse). Judging by insider Step Leaker, they maintain control over the support systems for the authors of Genshin Impact and Honkai Star Rail.

As stated, hackers managed to gain access to the official email address genshin_cs@hoyoverse .com, (it is possible that other addresses are also available to them). As evidence, they presented several screenshots of internal miHoYo support interfaces.

If Step Leaker’s information is correct, then attackers have had access to players’ personal data for several months now (they are shared when contacting ), they can also view various messages that players send in support of the games Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail and others. Judging by the counter in the corner, they can study about 1.4 million letters.

The insider notes that for some reason miHoYo has not taken any action for several months (the company itself has not yet commented on this incident).
