The base rate will remain the same, but the increasing odds will become much larger

While discussions are underway in Russia about another increase in the recycling fee for passenger cars, a decision has been made to increase the fee for trucks and special equipment. The increase will be sharp, the new coefficients will take effect from July 1 of this year.

With a constant base duty rate of 172.5 thousand rubles, the increasing coefficients will increase significantly. For example, for new dump trucks with engines ranging from 200 to 650 hp. the coefficient will be 49.3 versus 34.78 now. The recycling fee for such a vehicle will reach 8.504 million rubles compared to 6 million rubles now. The coefficient for a similar car, but not new, but over three years old, will be 72.5 (salvage fee — 12.5 million rubles).
