New Sintec coolant will be used in servicing Sollers cars
Russian company Sintec, a large manufacturer of motor oils and lubricants, and automaker «Sollers» reported that they were the first among domestic enterprises to use artificial intelligence in the development of coolant. For the first time in the company’s practice, the coolant was developed using artificial intelligence. This antifreeze will be used for warranty and service maintenance of Sollers brand vehicles, as reported by the company.
Sintec and «Sollers» used artificial intelligence to select the optimal antifreeze formulation. To solve this problem, neural networks were introduced to the physical and technical characteristics of previously developed coolants, set key parameters and indicated the manufacturer’s current requirements for the product. As a result, the AI chose the best option, and it became clear that the neural network allows you to create an antifreeze recipe no less accurately than technologists. But when using AI, development time is reduced several times.
The creators of the development claim that the new composition effectively counteracts corrosion and makes it possible to reliably protect the engines of Sollers commercial vehicles, including under high load conditions. The company intends to use artificial intelligence for its other developments.
