In the near future, all assistants will become available in the Tinkoff applications for iOS and Android
Tinkoff Bank team announces the launch of Russia's first «Universe of Assistants» — AI assistants who can adapt to user requests and give him a personalized response with recommendations or selections of products on a variety of topics and questions — from travel planning to discussing the latest in the film industry.
At the initial stage «Universe of assistants» — These are six high-tech AI assistants that differ from each other in special skills and interaction scenarios.
The press service explained that, unlike other AI assistants, which are trained to solve a wide range of issues for the user, each assistant in the «Tinkoff Universe» trained to quickly solve problems of a deeper level in his field and process complex requests — for example, find sneakers with a certain color and pattern at a good price. At the heart of the assistants «Tinkoff» — specialized large language models (LLM), which are an alternative to ChatGPT.
For now, the «Universe of Assistants» included the following options:
- financial assistant — will help you understand spending and give advice on how to better manage money;
- shopping assistant — knows how to select products from a specific category taking into account individual needs (for example, understands the request: «Choose a cream for dry skin on your hands in winter»), etc.;
- travel assistant — will advise where it is best to go, select the best air tickets and write out a travel plan;
- investment assistant — will help you dive into the topic of investment and save time on studying theory and analyzing securities;
- junior assistant — knows how to entertain children and communicate with them on a wide range of topics, teach financial literacy and help them understand the school curriculum;
- secretary — answers calls instead of the client, answers spammers in a humorous manner, sends a recording and transcript.
