DeepCool introduced a new version of its dual-tower Assassin IV computer cooler with two fans and seven heat pipes — Assassin IV VC. It received a vapor chamber (VC) at the base, which should improve cooling efficiency, and a screen. The latter is mounted on top with magnets and displays system indicators: processor temperature, load, power and clock speed.
The new cooler, according to DeepCool, is capable of removing 300 W of heat. At the moment it is only available in black. Other characteristics of the new product have not yet been specified. The original version of Assassin IV is 165mm high and weighs 1575g.
The manufacturer demonstrated a new model at the Computex 2024 exhibition in Taipei.
